After many false starts, reams of notes, paragraphs of complaint (most of them about the quality of civic space and the over abundance of damask in contemporary decoration), several odes to the glories of working with colour, a lament on the state of the planet and our shopping crazed souls plus a desperate plea for beauty and slow-baked detail, COMMITTEE distilled its thinking down from a broad and far reaching manifesto to a small line of advice for all those who will go manifesto making in the future
